Terms Of Service
These terms explain how PrizeDrawPro is sold, licensed, supported, updated, and used by customers who purchase the commercial software package.
The promoter is: PRIZEDRAWPRO LTD, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU United Kingdom.
PrizeDrawPro is a commercial PHP and Laravel competition website script. A purchase gives the customer a licence to use the product purchased, subject to these terms, the checkout information, and any invoice or written agreement issued by PRIZEDRAWPRO LTD.
A licence is issued for the customer, product, and permitted installation domain. The licence key must not be shared, resold, published, transferred, or used for unrelated installations unless PRIZEDRAWPRO LTD agrees this in writing.
Installed copies may contact the PrizeDrawPro licence server to verify the licence key, product code, domain, install fingerprint, installed version, IP address, user agent, timestamp, and update eligibility. Licence checks protect the software, allow protected downloads, and help confirm Support & Updates cover.
New purchases include the Support & Updates period shown at checkout or on the invoice. During an active Support & Updates period, eligible customers may access protected update downloads and support for the licensed product. Support does not include custom development, bespoke design work, hosting management, third-party service configuration, payment provider approval, legal drafting, or running the customer's competition business unless separately agreed.
After the included Support & Updates period ends, the licensed installation can continue to run while the licence remains active, but continued support help and protected update downloads require renewed Support & Updates cover.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, billing, contact, company, and domain details. Customers are also responsible for keeping their portal login details, licence key, hosting account, admin account, payment gateway accounts, email accounts, and server credentials secure.
Customers are responsible for their own website operation. This includes hosting, domain setup, SSL, email delivery, backups, security updates, payment gateway accounts, refund handling, chargebacks, accounting records, compliance wording, business details, age or eligibility checks, competition rules, free entry route, privacy information, cookie information, winner publication, and lawful operation of all competitions they run.
PrizeDrawPro is supplied as software. PRIZEDRAWPRO LTD does not operate, administer, promote, judge, or fulfil competitions run on a customer's own installation unless a separate written service agreement says otherwise.
Payments are processed using the payment options shown at checkout or agreed by invoice. Access to the licence, portal, installer, and private downloads may be issued only after payment is confirmed. Taxes, card fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, failed payments, chargebacks, and payment provider checks remain the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Because the product is digital software and protected access may be issued quickly after payment, refunds may be limited once a licence key, installer, private download, or portal access has been supplied, except where required by law or agreed by PRIZEDRAWPRO LTD.
Customers must not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, remove licence checks from, bypass access controls in, or create competing products from PrizeDrawPro except where expressly allowed by law or by written permission from PRIZEDRAWPRO LTD.
PRIZEDRAWPRO LTD may suspend or restrict access to licence services, protected downloads, updates, or support where payment is reversed, a licence is misused, account details are false, security is at risk, or these terms are materially breached.
The software is provided for professional and commercial use. PRIZEDRAWPRO LTD aims to provide a reliable product, but customers must test their own installation, keep backups, maintain hosting security, and check that their website, payment flow, and legal wording are suitable before taking live entries or payments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIZEDRAWPRO LTD is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, payment provider decisions, hosting failures, third-party service outages, competition disputes, regulatory issues, or claims arising from how a customer operates their own competition website.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version shown on the website or in the portal applies to new purchases and renewals from the date it is published. Existing statutory rights are not affected.
