Terms Of Service
These terms explain how PrizeDrawPro is sold, licensed, supported, and updated. They are intended to make the purchase process clear before a buyer orders a commercial licence.
1. About PrizeDrawPro
PrizeDrawPro is a commercial PHP and Laravel competition website script. It is designed for businesses and operators who want to run prize draw style competition websites with customer accounts, ticket handling, checkout workflows, admin tools, support tickets, licensing, and updates.
2. Licence Purchase
A purchase gives the customer a licence key for the PrizeDrawPro product purchased. The licence is issued after payment has been confirmed through the active checkout provider or by manual invoice confirmation.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, a licence is intended for one live installation and one licensed live domain. Test or staging use may be allowed for setup, testing, or migration, but production use must remain tied to the licensed domain.
3. Licence Activation And Domain Changes
Installed copies may contact the PrizeDrawPro licence server to verify the licence key, product code, domain, install fingerprint, version, and update eligibility. If a customer changes their live domain, the licence may need to be reset or released from the previous activation before it can be used on the new domain.
4. Support And Updates
New purchases include the Support & Updates period shown at checkout or on the invoice. During an active Support & Updates period, customers can receive help with installation, configuration, licensing, and update access for the purchased product.
After the included period ends, the licensed installation can continue to run while the licence remains active. Continued support help and protected update downloads require renewed Support & Updates cover.
5. Updates And Compatibility
Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility changes, and feature refinements. Customers are responsible for backing up their website files and database before installing updates or making major configuration changes.
6. Payments
Payments may be handled through hosted payment providers such as Paddle or Stripe, or by manual invoice where enabled. A licence, download access, and customer portal access are only issued after payment is confirmed.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for hosting, domain setup, SSL, email delivery, payment gateway accounts, compliance wording, business details, competition rules, privacy information, and lawful operation of their own website. PrizeDrawPro provides software tools, but each operator must ensure their use of the software follows the rules and requirements in their region.
8. Prohibited Use
Customers must not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, or provide unauthorised access to the PrizeDrawPro source code, install packages, licence keys, protected downloads, or private documentation.
9. Third Party Services
PrizeDrawPro can connect to third party services such as payment gateways, email providers, hosting platforms, analytics tools, or external APIs. Those services are controlled by their own providers and may have separate terms, fees, availability, and approval requirements.
10. Refunds And Cancellations
Because PrizeDrawPro is digital software, refund eligibility may depend on whether the licence, downloads, installation package, or private documentation have already been supplied. Any refund or cancellation request should be raised as soon as possible so it can be reviewed.
11. Liability
PrizeDrawPro is provided as software for commercial use. Customers remain responsible for their own website operation, competition setup, payments, legal wording, data handling, backups, and business decisions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant PrizeDrawPro licence or service.
12. Changes To These Terms
These terms may be updated as the product, licence portal, payment process, or support model changes. The latest version published on this website applies to new purchases unless a separate written agreement has been issued.
